On Friday, Feb 26, 2016, I had the privilege to be a guest speaker at Level Data Analyst Bootcamp by Northeastern University in Seattle. Here, I lead the discussion about #SQLWorld, my journey in becoming and being a SQL/BI/Data Professional, and what type of growth we can expect. The focus and interaction with the students were largely on what we can do to enhance our career in the SQL world and how to grow our career. I demoed Power BI which had a lot of interest – the Power BI Q&A part had a lot of “wow”s. As the class has started learning R, they are very curious about Azure ML, especially the friendly UI workflow. Hopefully, I get to demo AzureML to the class in the near future.
